This are the minimum requirements for Dutch players.

Goalkeepers
18 yo: outstanding goalkeeping
19 yo: low expert goalkeeping
20 yo: high expert goalkeeping

Defenders:
18 yo: outstanding defender
19 yo: low expert defender
20 yo: expert defender

Defenders with winger or creativity skills have a bonus.

Wingers:
18 yo: low outstanding winger
19 yo: high outstanding winger
20 yo: low expert winger

Wingers who are ambidextrous, or have passing and unmarking skills have a bonus

Midfielders:
18 yo: low outstanding creativity
19 yo: high outstanding creativity
20 yo: low expert creativity

Players with any secondary skills have a bonus.

Attackers:
18 yo: outstanding attacker
19 yo: low expert attacker
20 yo: high expert attacker

Players with high passing or unmarking have a bonus.
